Telstra's MOG music streaming service launches

MOG and SonosTelstra launched their music streaming service today, joining the likes of Spotify, Rdio, Songl and JB HiFi NOW in competing for the subscription music buck down under. There are 15 million songs available, streaming at up to 320 kbps for quality sound, and it is designed to work across all the most popular platforms including:
  • PC and Mac (with a web app and desktop player with AirPlay support)
  • iPhone, iPad and Android devices
  • Home streaming devices such as Sonos, Apple TV, Google TV, Roku, Squeezebox, LG Smart Blu-ray & TVs and others coming soon.
Two features we're looking forward to testing is the Artist Radio (that allows you to toggle a slider to choose how closely related other artists are to your choice) and the Personalised Recommendations feature that serves up music you'll like based on what you've listened to and liked in the past. A free two week trial is available...try it now on your smartphone, on your computer or a system like Sonos: http://www.mog.com/ Are you a subscription music lover?
