Turntables and Speakers
We only repair* certain brands of Turntables and Speakers. Please call us to discuss options and pricing.
Products purchased from us within Warranty
If you have purchased a product from us and is still within warranty, please contact us to discuss best process so we may help you with the remedy.
Products purchased from us outside of Warranty
If you wish to have your product repaired, we may be able to recommend authorised service agents within your area. In some cases we may handle the process for repair for items purchased from us, however it's usually more cost effective for you to arrange out of warranty repair direct with a service agent.
Some premium products are required by the service agent to be processed by us. Out of warranty repairs attract a minimum technical inspection cost to book the item in for repair. This is non-refundable regardless of outcome, but may go towards cost of repair.

Products we do not accept:
- PA equipment
- DJ equipment
- Products not sold by Living Sound and Vision (Some exceptions may apply)
